Eye Tattoos

Eye tattoos are nothing new, but they are gradually more attention. What was once only popular with inmates is always an important feature of tattoo enthusiasts Avid. However, this is a tattoo that is certainly an "at your own risk" clause. You can tattoo your eyes one of the most dangerous things you can do for your eye health.

Evil Eye TattooHow did you tattoo your eyes? This is usually the first question that arises when one eye tattoos. Most of us understand the process of "inking" the skin with a needle and tattoo ink. Eye tattoos contain exactly the same procedure. A needle in the eyeball when the color ink is injected under the cornea of the eye.

Is eye tattoos have been around for thousands of years. Although the methods have changed drastically over the years, none of the risk-of-least are very high. Complications of keratitis include eye tattoos, which occur when the ink can not leak into the cornea and in other areas of the eyes, toxic reactions, iridocyclitis, corneal epithelial loss, damage the cornea, blindness and ultimately remain. Eye Tattoos

There is a video out there that shows the first ever eyeball tattoo being done and I seriously could not get myself to watch it! If you want to watch it for yourself click on this – Eyeball Tattoos on Youtube!

This is all I know about this procedure:

PERMANENT – as in you decide to do this during your rebellious years, when your 50 you will still be rockin’ your death eyes!

BLINDNESS – very real chance you could permanently destroy your retinas and go blind!

Honestly, I guess I am getting old because there is nothing about this that I don’t find horrific and nauseating. And I myself have several tattoos and have had assorted piercing in my day. Which wow seems like very small potatoes to the body modifiers of today.
